Admissions

Shady Lane is a diverse and inclusive learning environment, closely connected to the community at large. We welcome families from many backgrounds and encourage them to contribute to the life and passion of our school.

How to Apply

Families interested in attending Shady Lane School must submit a completed Registration of Interest Form, along with a $25 non-refundable Registration Fee. Invitations to Shady Lane School are made based on the date of the ROI Form, space availability within each age group and your desired schedule. Daily Schedules

All Shady Lane students enroll for a five-day week. We offer two scheduling options for parents to choose from when enrolling their child:

  • Full Day 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Extended Day 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Financial Agreement

A Financial Agreement signed by parent(s)/guardian(s), Director of Education Programs and Executive Director must be on file for each student.

Financial Aid

Scholarships and Subsidy

All Scholarship Applications are accepted and approved on a first come, first serve basis, and based on income available from Shady Lane School. Families must apply annually.

All applications must include a copy of the most recent tax return filed by the parent(s)/guardian(s). Shady Lane funds scholarship and subsidy support through a variety of annual fundraising and grants specifically supporting scholarship at Shady Lane. Eligibility for scholarship does NOT guarantee actual receipt of scholarship; the total of scholarships granted is limited by the available funds in any given year.
